Requirements:
- >5 years experience in SAP HR
- > 3 implementation cycles of full core SAP HR implementations, relatively smart and can engage client to discuss design and issues?
- Should have strong implementation experience in OM, PA, payroll, benefits, compensation, time, ESS, MSS
- Need to have understanding of manpower plotting & headcount budgeting, personnel dev, talent mgmt, recruitment, succession plotting, performance mgmt, claims, employee learning to perform blueprinting of these functionalities as well.
- Fine with 1yr contract or possiblity of a permanent hire after interview.
