System Engineer

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Doing installation, troubleshoot and maintain devices at customer sites
• Giving the best and professional support to customer
• Reporting to service manager
• Conduct solution presentation to customers
• Conduct proof of concept to the customer
• Give technical solutions to customers
• Making BOM (Bill of Material ) and solution proposal for customer
• Responding to bid RFP/RFI

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have knowledge in Networking and Security
• Have excellent knowledge in basic networking (TCP/IP, routing protocol, router, switch, etc)
• Have excellent understanding on voice over IP technology and implementation
• Have excellent analytical reckon and adaptable to learn new things
• Can work effectively in a competitive and under pressure conditions
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
