Technical Manager

(To be based in Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and support banking solutions including preparation of functional / technical specifications
• Provide support and enhancement to existing systems
• Effective and constant engagement with team members / colleagues in order to achieve set performance targets for project deliverables, Problem Management and Change Management functions
• Ensure proper management of people, time and cost during the project

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering related
• Over 5 years working experience in J2EE development environment
• Preferably 2-3 years experience in vendor / consulting environment with Loan Origination System, Teller and Cash Management solution exposure in J2EE
• Strong technical experience in J2EE design framework, Weblogic 7/8 Web / Application Server and Oracle9i / 10g Database Server
• Solid Programming experience in Struts, JSP, EJB, JDBC
• Excellent leadership skills and experience in leading development team
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadline
