Operation Manager

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to managing, monitoring and controlling Operation Division to enable company performs more effective and efficient as well as to improve the business results by providing technology vision for developing and implementing continuous IT solutions that are creative, innovative and aligns with business objectives.
• Managing 4 departments (Departments: Customer Service, Technical Support, Service Center, and Data Center)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalen.
• Working experience in managerial level for minimum 2 (two) years in managing large IT infrastructure & network, with exposure to the various industry.
• IT Update on Knowledge of key process industry issues and emerging IT trends.
• Experience for implementing IT Project Management.
• Communication Skills – Brilliant communication, presentation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to customer, driving for best result, strive for quality, practice ethical leadership, committed to the organizational ethics, and committed to learning.
