We are currently recruiting for a Bid Manager to work for our multinational client in IT industry.

Bid Manager

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Overall accountability of the pursuit deliverables, process best practices management.
• Supports the Sales Executive and Influences pursuit direction and strategy and contributes to deal qualification and pursuit strategy.
• Maintains an end to end understanding of the opportunity solution components and cost/pricing models. Including knowledge of overall solution, including understanding of key cost and value drivers in every solution component (or confidence to probe for and identify them).
• Provide leadership in interpretation of client business objectives/issues and correlation of these with commercial solution options that enable the pursuit team to drive the HP value proposition and win themes through the solution.
• Supports the Sales Executive in developing the Executive Contact Plot.
• Maintains and updates sales strategy and win themes under direction from Sales Executive.
• Provides guidance to Account Executive, Sales Executive and Bid Coordinator (if the pursuit has one) regarding regional requirements and local cultural issues on multiregion deals as needed.
• Participates in contract and/or financial negotiations as required.
• Interfaces with third party intermediaries if required.

• Responds to and supports the Sales Executive and Bid Coordinator (if the pursuit has one) in executing the bid process.
• Coordinates business and technical resources, including engagement leads and supporting organizations. Engages GSS Solution Management, Marketing, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, Legal, HR, Global Supply Chain Management, Communications, Real Estate and vendor/Alliance partnership teams as required.
• Manages to the approved budget against process milestones, including ensuring time recording is adhered to and Internal Billings is validated against time reporting.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field Preferably Senior Executive/Managers specializing in IT/Computer Hardware or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Bid Manager or have worked on similar capacity role
• 1 FullTime positions available.

Candidate must have previous working experience in IT industry
