Business Performance Analyst

(Jakarta)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance or Informatic System from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years experience in banking (preferably including a minimum of 2 years with a multinational bank)
• Intermediate database tolls skill with sound business acumen and excellent accounting knowledge
• Has an experience in preparing analytical report and weekly MIS Pack
• Has an experience in providing business performance review and analyzing profitability for business, ensuring accurate revebue and cost allocations
• Strong financial modeling/accounting computer skills
• Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
• Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
• Brilliant administration and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate high service attitude with excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English
