Business Analyst (Manager Level)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- To address business issues and improve business processes through provision of IT solution plotting, projects manage and working with country, regional and global team.
- Business Services are delivered to all Business Entities to a high standard, in a timely manner and with ongoing support.
- Implementation of new or updated applications maximizes the level of operational service with minimal disruption to the core business.
- Full process documentation for all operational systems.
Requirements:
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written (brilliant)
- Technical expertise in:
- Proprietary core business applications
- Existing local developments
- Unix Operating System (depending on local applications)
- Informix 4GL and Database (depending on local applications)
- Intel-based workstation and server operating systems (Windows XP and Windows 2k+)
- Desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
- Internet / Web technologies (php, Java, .net)
- 5 years IS and business experience, preferably in logistics industry
- Degree in Information Services/Business (or equivalent)
